The deal in one line

Up to 40% off return crossings from Hirtshals to Kristiansand with your car, from €99 per person, for travel between 1 January and 31 May 2027. Book by 19 November 2026.

Fjord Line has opened its 2027 early bird on the short Denmark to Norway crossing. The price is a car package: the vehicle is included, and the from-price is per person based on two people travelling together. It only applies when you book the outbound and return together, on selected departures, and the cheapest seats go first.

Our tip

Travelling before 17 December 2026 instead? The Fill the Car deal from €45 for a car and up to five people is the one to compare. Fjord Line also lists a 2027 Bergen version of this early bird, from €241 per person; the conditions differ, so check them on the Fjord Line offers page before you book.

Our verdict

A good price for an Easter or May half-term trip to southern Norway with the car, and the deadline is short. For the drive to Hirtshals from the UK, see our guide to ferries from Denmark to Norway and the Kristiansand ferry page.
