Trasmed codes that work right now
- Black Friday: up to 50% off selected seats with a code. Three levels while seats last: 50%, 40% and 30%. Book 2 to 23 November 2026, travel from 2 November for as long as the calendar is open. See the Black Friday code.
How to pay less with Trasmed
- Book early for summer. Crossings to the Balearics fill up fast in July and August, and the cheapest fares go first, especially for cars and cabins.
- Be flexible with your sailing. Night crossings and midweek departures are often cheaper than weekend daytime sailings.
- Compare operators. Several ferry companies sail to the Balearics from Barcelona and Valencia. Compare the total price including your car, not just the passenger fare. Balearia currently has member offers: see our Balearia offers.
- Check the Club MyTrasmed loyalty programme if you travel to the islands more often.
Trasmed in short
Trasmed sails between mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, with routes from Barcelona and Valencia to Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza. It is a practical option if you are taking your own car to the islands or combining several islands in one trip. Travelling without a car? A fast ferry can be quicker, but the overnight ferry with a cabin saves you a hotel night. See our guides to the ferry to Mallorca and the Balearic Islands.
